Tryouts:
When: May 28th @ 6pm
Check in: 5:15pm, 9U, 10U, 11U (near the snack shack) 12U (Field 5)
Where: Lake Hazel Fields

Bring the following documents:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Little League Baseball and Softball School Enrollment Form
3. Proof of Residence dated between February 1, 2023 and February 28, 2024
4. Commitment letter signed by a parent. 

*If you played on a SWA All-Star team last you, you do not need to submit these documents, unless you moved or changed schools.
